Coated Pipe Manufacturer - Over 20 Years of Expertise

Why Use Coated Pipes in Lean Manufacturing?

  • Reduce Production Costs – Lean pipes and their components are reusable, minimizing waste. Their easy modification allows for quick structural adjustments and functional expansion.
  • Enhance Product and Workplace Safety – The outer plastic coating of lean pipes protects delicate components from damage while also reducing the risk of workplace injuries.
  • Ergonomic Design – Workstations made with lean pipes are highly adjustable, allowing operators to customize picking and placement heights for optimal working conditions.

Junyi specializes in lean manufacturing solutions, backed by over 20 years of experience in producing high-quality coated pipes. We manufacture PE lean pipes, ABS lean pipes, and ESD lean pipes, offering rust-resistant, corrosion-resistant, and highly durable coated pipes.

Why Choose Us? -- High-Quality Materials & Advanced Manufacturing

Our lean pipes are crafted using premium raw materials and superior production techniques, ensuring excellent corrosion resistance, rust prevention, and long-lasting durability.

01 Premium Raw Materials

High-Quality Hardened Cold-Rolled Steel

Our coated pipes are made from hardened cold-rolled steel, which offers higher strength and better rigidity than galvanized or standard cold-rolled steel. This results in superior load-bearing capacity and resistance to bending.

We maintain strict thickness accuracy with a tolerance of -0.05mm.

Premium Plastic Material

Our PE-coated lean pipes feature a high-hardness, scratch-resistant coating due to the use of:

High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE) – Offers superior hardness, heat resistance, and scratch resistance for PE lean pipes.

Taiwan CHIMEI ABS 747S – A high-quality ABS material commonly used in automotive and home appliance manufacturing.

02 Advanced Manufacturing Process

Anti-Rust Inner Coating Technology

Each lean pipe is treated with an internal anti-rust coating, enhancing its rust resistance and corrosion durability. This makes our pipes suitable for high-humidity and high-salinity environments, ensuring longevity while reducing maintenance costs.

Gas Inspection Technology

Before applying the plastic coating, each lean pipe undergoes gas injection testing to detect cracks and welding defects.

Uniform Coating Application

Our lean pipes feature a uniformly applied plastic coating, ensuring a seamless fit with metal connectors for enhanced durability and aesthetics.

Coated Pipe Manufacturing Process at Junyi

Step 1: Tube Formation – Steel strips are extruded into round tubes using a pipe-forming machine.

Step 2: Plastic Coating – The round tubes are coated with plastic through an extrusion process.

Step 3: High-Pressure Gas Inspection – Each pipe undergoes gas testing to detect any cracks or welding defects.

Step 4: Cooling Process – Pipes are cooled through air and water tanks.

Step 5: Cutting & Packaging – Once cooled, the lean pipes are cut to standard lengths and packaged for delivery.

FAQs About Coated Pipes

Even Coating: Ensures a secure fit with metal joints, enhancing assembly efficiency.

Thick Plastic Coating: With a thickness of 1.2 ±0.1mm, the coating offers superior protection.

Rust Prevention: Internal surfaces are treated with anti-rust spray, ensuring longevity.

Galvanized Steel: This material is based on Q195/Q235 steel with an added zinc coating through electroplating. It is relatively soft with poor elasticity and is commonly used for water pipes.

Cold-rolled steel: A type of carbon steel with better strength, rigidity, and elasticity compared to galvanized steel, typically used in the automotive and electronics industries.

Hardened Cold-Rolled Steel: This is an enhanced version of cold-rolled steel with an additional hardening process. It is a specialized steel with improved strength, rigidity, and elasticity.

Low-Density Polyethylene (LDPE): A soft material with a low melting point, commonly used for making films and packaging materials.

High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE): A material with higher hardness and heat resistance, featuring a high melting point, often used for manufacturing pipes and containers.

The thickness of a lean pipe usually refers to the steel material itself, excluding the plastic coating. A thickness deviation greater than 0.05mm does not meet industry standards. Our lean pipes are made with steel materials that have a thickness deviation of less than 0.05mm, fully complying with industry standards.

Welding defects or cracks can weaken load-bearing capacity.

Once coated with plastic, defects become invisible, making pre-coating testing essential.
